Four steps, start to finish
Every coating we install follows the same sequence. Skipping any one of them is why cheap floors fail in two years.
STEP 01
Diamond grind
We mechanically grind the slab open so the coating bonds into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it. No acid etching.
STEP 02
Repair
Cracks, pits and spalling get filled and ground flush. This is the step that decides whether the floor looks good in year five.
STEP 03
Base coat & flake
Pigmented base goes down and vinyl flake is broadcast to refusal, then scraped back to an even texture.
STEP 04
Polyaspartic top coat
Two clear top coats seal the flake in. Walk on it that evening, park on it the next morning.
